At 3:15 today, a white male around 40 years approached 2 kids behind NPS, driving a silver Jeep Wrangler. 
At 3:15pm today, a white male around 40years of age, with glasses and a scruffy beard was driving a 4 door silver Jeep Wrangler. He approached two juveniles behind the Norwood Public School. The children ran back to the school and the jeep went north on Tappan Road. If anyone saw this jeep, please call 201-750-8623
