Franklin, TN – Franklin Police want to identify these individuals, wanted for fraudulently using a stolen credit card. The victim’s wallet was stolen from her purse while she had lunch at Panera Bread, 3046 Columbia Avenue on 03/10/2014. Moments later, the suspects used the stolen card to make a purchase of more than $100 at the nearby Target, 3064 Columbia Avenue.
