We are Cancelling the Alert for Missing Person Kayla Johnson. She was found this morning at approximately 4:00 am. She was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped on a traffic violation. Thank you everyone who was viewing and sharing our information.

Your Wisconsin Rapids Police Department is also looking for 17-year old Kayla A. Johnson, who is listed as a Missing/Runaway, which was reported on March 13th, 2014. It is believed she may be in the Rudolph, WI area and has conversed with her parent, but refused to return home or state where she is. We do want to remind anyone who is allowing her to remain at their residence that Harboring a Runaway is an offense in which a person or persons can be ticketed. The two different missing/runaway person incidents are not connected.
