Investigators Make Two Arrest in Connection with Recent Breaking & Enterings
On 3-27-14, Polk County Sheriff Investigator Sgt. Robert Sieber Conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 9 South that lead to the arrest of two individuals who were suspects in a string of Break-Ins. During the stop Sgt. Sieber was able to locate stolen items missing from a Break-in that occurred on the Dogwood TRL. on the 18th.
During interviews with the suspects, investigators were able to obtain a search warrant for a residence on Collinsville RD., which lead investigators to recover other stolen items. Sheriff Donald Hill states, “Investigators are currently looking into other recent Breaking and enterings that could be related to the individuals now in custody.”
The suspect identified as Jeremy Keith Hembree, of 282 Collinsville RD., was charged with (2) counts of Felony Breaking and Entering, (2) counts of Felony Larceny, (1) Felony Possession of Stolen Good, (1) Misd. Possession of Stolen Good. Jessica Ashley Hembree, also of 282 Collinsville RD., was charged with (1) count of Felony Breaking and Entering, (1) count of Felony Larceny, (1) Felony Possession of Stolen Good, (1) Misd. Possession of Stolen Good.
Jeremy Hembree received a $45,000 secured bond and is currently in custody of the Sheriff of Polk County. Jeremy has his first appearance in court on the 28th.
Jessica Ashley Hembree received a $24,000 secured bond and is currently in custody of the Sheriff of Polk County. Jessica has her first appearance in court on the 28th.
