City Boat Ramp Season
The Bordentown City Police Department wants to advise everyone that effective Tuesday, April 1st 2014 the city boat ramp will open. Anyone wishing to utilize the boat ramp will be required to obtain a permit. Permits can be obtained directly at 324 Farnsworth Avenue and at the city beach (when the Beach Master is present). Anyone wishing to obtain a daily or yearly pass you must have the valid boat and trailer registration prior to issuance.
Local Resident: A person owning a valid NJ Driver’s License which lists upon it the applicants name and address within the municipal boundaries of those municipalities participating in the Community Education Recreation Program Agreement, dated July 1, 1982, Which now includes Bordentown City and Bordentown Township. Any Person primarily employed by those municipalities, any members of the Borden Yacht Club or Yapewi Aquatic Club, and any tax payer of the City of Bordentown. Local residents shall also extend to active Military persons and Federal, State, and Municipal Law Enforcement Officers
Local Resident Fee: Annual Fee - $35.00 Daily Fee - $5.00
New Jersey State Resident: A person owning a valid NJ Driver’s License which lists upon the applicant’s name and address located within the State of New Jersey.
NJ State Resident Fee Annual Fee - $125.00 Daily Fee - $10.00
Out of State Resident: All other applicants that are neither local residents or New Jersey residents as defined above.
Out of State Fees: Annual Fee - $250.00 Daily Fee - $25.00
Again if there is no Beach Master on Duty all permits (Daily & Yearly) must be obtained at the BCPD police station located at 324 Farnsworth Ave.
