US41/Wicker Av, 1/4mi N of 231/W 109th Av will be restricted to one lane in each direction from 4/2 to 5/15. 
Indiana Department of Transportation will be restricting traffic on North and South US41/Wicker Ave to a single lane in each direction. This lane restriction will occur approximately 1/4 mile North of US 231/W 109th Av in St. John.
The estimated start date is 4/2/2014, the estimated end date is 5/17/2014.
"Northbound and Southbound traffic will be shifted to the East side of US 41. Traffic will be running on two 11' lanes with a 2' outside shoulder."
"Temporary traffic barrier wall will be in place on the west side of traffic".
