Earlier road closure due to UCSC protest at Bay and High has been lifted. Protest may start again tomorrow 4/3/14. 
The previous road closures and traffic detours in the area of Bay Ave and High St. have been lifted.
The group of protesters may rally again tomorrow (Thursday 4/3/14) in the same area, possibly requiring traffic to be diverted in the following locations:
1. N/B Bay @ High St
2. W/B High St. @ Cardiff Place.
3. E/B High St. @ Western
