WX Advisory: Rain and freezing rain developing between 5am-8am Friday Morning 4/4. Prepare for your morning travel. 
Northern Lower:
• Rain and freezing rain will develop between 5 and 8 am Friday.
• The greatest chance for icing will be east of US-131 where up to one tenth of an inch of icing is possible.
• Precipitation will change to all rain by late morning.
• Rain will change back to snow showers Friday night with up to 1” of snow expected.
• Northwest winds on Friday night of 15 to 25 mph are expected.
