Yard waste can now be left out on pick-up night for disposal throughout the summer and into fall.

In addition, chipping will begin this Monday, 4-7-14. Chipping is done by the DPW the first and third Mondays of each month. The DPW will chip during each cycle until they make it through the entire city. Chipping is weather dependent, therefore it could take several days or even an entire week to complete a chipping cycle throughout the entire city. If the crews have already gone through an area, residents should wait until the next cycle to stack materials at the curb, as the crews will not return once they have completed work in an area until the next cycle. Please review the City website for guidelines on what can be picked up and chipped, as well as materials that cannot be.
