Search for missing work release inmate Michael Two Eagle
Department of Corrections staff members and local law enforcement are searching for a missing state prison inmate in Rapid City.
Inmate Michael Two Eagle failed to return to the Rapid City Minimum Unit from his work release job search in Rapid City today.
Two Eagle is a 32-year-old Native American male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet 11-inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds.
Two Eagle is currently serving a 5-year sentence for Possession of a Controlled Substance out of Pennington County.
There are more than 900 minimum security inmates housed across the state. Nearly 200 of those inmates are on work release status, including approximately 60 in the Rapid City area.
