Your Wisconsin Rapids Police Department is currently on the scene with a small child who was wandering outside without a parent or supervision. The area that he was found was on Red Oak Road near Thousand Oaks Road in the Thousand Oaks Trailer Park which is located on 29th Ave S near Boles Street in Wisconsin Rapids.
The WRPD is looking for the parent or guardian of this found child.
He is approximately or under 2 years old,
Blond Hair
Blue Eyes
Red and Orange Short-sleeved Shirt,
No Pants,
Wearing a Diaper
Wearing one sock.
