to produce widespread flooding of lowland areas as well as streams
and rivers through Tuesday afternoon. The forecast overnight calls
for a round of light snow... but with no significant additional
moisture expected.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams... urban areas... and some streets as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
Motorists should never attempt to drive around barricades or drive
through flooded areas. If you come upon high water... turn around
don't drown!
