Flood Watch remains in effect through Wednesday evening with expected rainfall of 1 to 2 inches.

The Flood Watch continues for through Wednesday evening. The combination of rapid snow melt due to mild temperatures and periodic rainfall will keep rivers running high through mid week. There is also a threat of ice jam flooding in the mountains. Rainfall is expected to be 1 to 2 inches.

Precautionary/preparedness actions

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on current forecasts. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible flood warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
