Traffic Stop and Drug Arrest

Clark County- On yesterday’s date at approximately 3:00 pm, Trooper Mark LaMaster was traveling north on Interstate 65 around the 4.0 Mile Marker when he made a traffic stop on a 2000 Mercury Mystique. The driver of the vehicle, Perry May, 53, of Sellersburg, was found to be a Habitual Traffic Violator. After arresting Perry May for being a Habitual Traffic Violator it was discovered that he was in Possession of a Controlled Substance without a valid prescription.

Perry May was incarcerated at the Clark County Jail awaiting his first court appearance.
