The Van Buren Police Department is trying to identify a man in reference to an incident in the Wal-Mart parking lot. The man was seen on video striking a window of a vehicle being driven by a woman. After the incident, the man drove off in what appears to be a green Ford Ranger pickup. Police are seeking his identity to complete the investigation of the incident.
