Mayor Amato would like residents to know that Berkeley Township will be participating in “Operation Take Back” This Saturday, April 26th. Residents can dispose of unused, unwanted and expired medications the proper way.
Many do not know how to properly dispose of their unused medicine, often flushing them down the toilet or throwing them away – both potential safety and health hazards.
Berkeley Township will have a police officer collecting unused, unwanted and expired medications this Saturday, April 26th from 10am to 2pm at Holiday City at Berkeley Clubhouse #1, Jamacia Blvd. This is a FREE service to residents.
