On two separate occasions during the past week Santa Rosa Junior College Police received reports of a male subject who appeared to be taking inappropriate photographs of female students without their knowledge on the Santa Rosa Campus.
Witnesses told police, the suspect would walk into a crowded area, put a backpack on the ground and while pretending to look through the backpack, take photographs of nearby females.
The suspect was described as a white, male, late 20’s, 5'-10" tall, weighing 300 pounds, wearing “baggy” clothes.
