DEVELOP FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING. CRITICAL CONDITIONS MAY REDEVELOP MID MORNING SATURDAY THEN PERSIST UNTIL AFTER SUNSET SATURDAY EVENING.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...SOUTHWEST AND WEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH FRIDAY AFTERNOON. SOUTHWEST 25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
