Ontwa Township - Edwardsburg Police make Drug seizure of 2 lbs marijuana

Chief Kenneth Wray reports that his officers have made a large drug seizure of 2 pounds of Marijuana in Ontwa Township . This occurred at about 2:00 p.m. on the 22nd. A vehicle was stopped and information was obtained leading to another drug dealer in the Township of Ontwa and Village of Edwardsburg. The suspect was a 25 year old male that had 2 pounds of Marijuana in his possession which had been packaged for delivery. It was brought to the police attention as a vehicle on US-12 was acting very suspicious. This vehicle was stopped and lead to another vehicle and home that contained the drugs for delivery. Subject will be arraigned later today and suspect's name will be released at that time.
