Polk County Sheriff’s Office Makes Arrest for Manufacture for Marijuana 
Polk County Sheriff’s deputies received a call about some stolen property at 923 Green Creek Drive Columbus, NC. Once arriving at the residence investigators began speaking with the occupants of the residence advising them that they had received reports of possible drug activities taken place at the residence.
An occupant of the resident then gave investigators consent to conduct a search of the premises when they discovered an indoor grow operation. The operation consisting of marijuana plants, grow lights, fans, and an enclosed indoor greenhouse. In addition, detectives all found smoking pipes, marijuana seeds, and books regarding the growth of marijuana.
Dana Mosseler of 923 Green Creek Drive Columbus, NC was arrested and charged with Felony Manufacture Marijuana, Felony Maintain Dwelling Place for Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was transported to Polk County Detention Facility where Mosseller is currently out on bond.
Kent Morgan Shehan who gave an address of 923 Green Creek Drive Columbus, NC as well was arrested later and charged with Felony Manufacture Marijuana, Felony Maintain Dwelling Place for Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported to Polk County Detention Facility where Shehan is currently out on bond.
