LOCATION OF EVENT: Day Canyon, North of Rancho Cucamonga
CURRENT SITUATION:
• Per USFS the Etiwanda fire is now approximately 1000 acres with 0% containment.
• Per Rancho Cucamonga as of 1750 hrs. Mandatory evacuations have been lifted.
• Voluntary Evacuations remain in place for residents:
• North of Banyan from Haven to Milliken
• North of Hillside from Hermosa to Haven
• Current road closures – Access to residents only
• Milliken from Banyan to north city limits
• Day Creek from Banyan to north city limits
• Etiwanda Ave from Banyan to north city limits
• Haven Ave from Hillside to north city limits
• Banyan from Milliken to Day Creek
• Wilson at High Meadow closed to eastbound traffic
• Livestock inquires contact Animal Field Division (909)466-7387x1
• City of Rancho Cucamonga proclaimed a local emergency on 4/30/14 see attached
• County of San Bernardino proclaimed a local emergency on 4/30/14 see attached
• Rancho Area School closures for Thursday, May 1, 2014:
• Los Osos High School – Will remain closed
• Day Creek Intermediate School – Will remain closed
• Caryn Elementary School – Will remain closed
• Golden Elementary School – Will remain closed
• Banyan Elementary Schools – Will remain closed
• Alta Loma Christian School – Will remain closed
• Chaffey College – Will remain closed
