AVOID I35 at Sterrett Rd for the next 2 hours due to traffic incident. Northbound Svc Rd is closed. 
There has been a HazMat spill in Waxahachie, Ellis County. A sodium chlorite solution has been released near I-35 and Sterrett Rd. Cause of spill is unknown at this time, and no injuries have been reported. The northbound service road of I-35 near Sterrett Rd. has been closed. Please find alternative routes if possible. Clean up crews and the Waxahachie Police Department are responding to the incident. Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has been notified.
