Clarksville-Late Friday evening, Trooper Tracy Spencer from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg made a traffic stop on a white Pontiac passenger car for turning in front of a semi-tractor and trailer on Veteran’s Parkway at U. S. #31 in Clark County. As trooper Spencer ran a check on the driver, Jamie B. Gibson, 35, of Straw Lane in Jeffersonville, it was discovered he had a suspended driver’s license. Trooper Spencer placed him under arrest and during an inventory of the white Pontiac Jamie Gibson was driving, trooper Spencer located two Hypodermic Needles and a clear, crystal like substance, later identified as Methamphetamine.
Jamie Gibson was incarcerated at the Clark County Jail on the charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Hypodermic Needle and Driving While Suspended.
