On May 6, 2014 at approximately 7:00pm a purse was stolen from the Westview Drive ball fields. Many witnesses came forward and provided the police with helpful information. Thurmont Police Department’s Criminal Investigator used this information to successfully identify the suspect in this theft and charges will be forthcoming.
