National Weather Service advises we will see significant rainfall and flooding over the next few hours, some areas of town are already experiencing flooding and water flowing across roads. Please use caution while driving and avoid flooded areas. Remember, Turn around, don't drown. In addition there are power outages in parts of the City and Oncor has been notified.
