Resident reports 2 Mountain Lions in the field near San Juan Oaks - last seen in the evening on 5/13/14 
On May 13, 2014 at approximately 8:00 pm, a resident from the 700 block of San Juan Oaks Rd. reported seeing two Mountain Lions lying in the open field area across the street.
The California Department of Fish and Game along with the Contra Costa County Animal Services Department were notified. No additional sightings have been reported.
If you happen to see these Mountain Lions, do not approach them and call 911.
