This weekend, NorthGate Constructors will perform its first major traffic pattern change on the FM 2499 portion of the DFW Connector project. Starting Monday morning, northbound SH 121 to FM 2499 traffic will drive on the new northbound FM 2499 frontage road from SH 121 to Grapevine Mills Blvd. Click here<http://www.dfwconnector.com/active%20maps/Northbound%20FM%202499%20Frontage%20Road_140509.jpg> for a map of the new traffic pattern.

The new traffic pattern will be in place until May 2015 and will allow crews to begin dirt, wall and bridge work in the area. In the new traffic pattern, northbound SH 121 and FM 2499 traffic will no longer be able to turn left onto Stars and Stripes Way; traffic will continue to Grapevine Mills Blvd. and turn left. Westbound Stars and Stripes Way traffic will no longer be able to cross FM 2499; traffic will turn right on northbound FM 2499 and left onto Grapevine Mills Blvd.

In order to change the traffic pattern, crews will close the following from 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 16 to 6:00 a.m. on Monday, May 19:
