Full Notification

The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Brian Kenneth Keeling has been classified as an “Aggravated” Sex Offender. Whenever a sex offender, classified as “Aggravated” or “Habitual” moves into a residence, the police department of that jurisdiction is required by state statute to notify the citizens of that neighborhood.

Brian Keeling was convicted of Lewd or Indecent Acts/Proposals to a Child on on August 4, 2004 in the City of Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. Brian Keeling is not wanted for any crimes and he has registered as a sex offender with the Enid Police Department.

Brian Keeling is a white male, Date of Birth March 30, 1968. He is 5’10”, 200 lbs., brown hair and blue eyes. He is currently residing at 1902 S. Leona Mitchell Blvd, Enid, Oklahoma.
