DETROIT (WXYZ) - Detroit Police confirm that a 8-year-old girl is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle in a hit and run on Detroit's west side.
Several squad cars are on Robson Street near Fenkell and Greenfield. A portion of the road is blocked off at this time while police investigate.
We're told the driver drove off after striking the child.
