Felony arrest 
On the night of May 18, 2014, Escalon Police Department Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle occupied by several occupants at Hogan Park. During the course of their investigation, they arrested Donnel Sims, 20 years old, from Stockton, CA.
Sims was in possession of a concealed loaded stolen firearm with an altered serial number. Sims was booked in the San Joaquin County Jail where his bail is set at $210,000.00
