On May 21, 2014 at approximately 1500 hours, a resident (30 yoa, Brentwood) in the 200 block of Mountain View Drive reported Kelly Robin Brown (62 yoa, Oakley resident – Ice cream truck driver) attempted to sell him a small quantity of suspected Methamphetamine when he ordered ice cream.

Brentwood officers responded to the area and located Brown in the parking lot of the Arco AM/PM service station.

Brown was contacted and placed under arrest for transportation and possession of Methamphetamine. He was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility and the case will be sent to the District Attorney’s Office for review.

There were no children involved in this incident.
