On May 20, 2014 at approximately 10:30 p.m., the Los Banos Police Department received a report of a male at the Los Banos Memorial Hospital suffering from a gunshot wound.
When Officers arrived they contacted the 21-year-old male who was being treated by hospital staff for a single gunshot wound to the leg. The male was uncooperative with Officers and would not provide details regarding the shooting.
“This shooting is still under investigation and detectives are considering all possibilities. We hope that anyone with information about this shooting will come forward and cooperate with detectives.”
