Parks Bureau’s Mounted Enforcement Detail Host Trail Trials Sensory Competition
On May 31, 2014, Members of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Departments, Parks Bureau Mounted Enforcement Detail will host a “Trail Trials Sensory Competition.” The competition challenges horse and rider in performing law enforcement type activities. The Trail Trials Competition is open to all Law Enforcement, Civilian Volunteers, and all members of the Equestrian Community. There will also be 4-person Law Enforcement and Civilian Team Events.
The Event will be held at the Industry Hills Expo Center, 16200 Temple Avenue, Industry, CA 91744. Registration will be from 7:00-8:00 a.m. with the competition beginning at 9:00 a.m. The entry fee for the event is $60.00 and lunch will be provided.
Awards will be given for 1st through 5th place for Sworn, Civilian Volunteers, and Open Categories. Riding helmets are mandatory for any rider under 18 years of age.
