Men Posing as Members of the Fugitive Task Force case Petersburg Home.

WEDNESDAY MORNING MAY 28th, AROUND 8:30 AM THREE MEN IN A TAN COLORED VAN WITH TENNESSEE LICENSE PLATES CLAIMING TO BE MEMBERS OF THE FUGITIVE TASK FORCE ENTERED A PETERSBURG RESIDENCE AND SEARCHED THE RESIDENCE. TWO OF THE MEN WERE WEARING BADGES, 1 WAS IN THE BACK OF THE VAN WEARING HANDCUFFS. THE MEN STATED THEY WERE LOOKING FOR A RICHARD SMITH. THEY HAD A FLYER WITH THE NAME OF RICHARD SMITH AND PHOTO OF HIM TO SHOW THE RESIDENT. HOWEVER, THEY DIDN'T LEAVE THE FLYER WITH HER OR GIVE HER A NUMBER TO CONTACT IF SHE SEEN MR. SMITH. AN ATTEMPT TO LOCATE THE VAN WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. IF YOU ENCOUNTER THESE SUBJECTS, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY.
