We have had some complaints that trucks and cars parked on West End Trail, both sides between the CVS/Post Office and Village Walk Drive, cause a safety hazard by blocking the lines of sight for vehicles pulling out of both the shopping center and Post Office parking lots. The easiest solution would be to mark that stretch of West End Trail as "No Parking" (parking is already prohibited along the rest of West End Trail). Of course that would inconvenience some residents for whom those are the closest parking spots to their homes (plenty of additional parling is available a block away, on Brookfield Drive).
Council would be interested in any comments or thoughts. Thanks.
