Traffic Advisory: Mayo Road, between Rt. 2 & Stepney's Lane, will be closed from 6pm-7pm on Wed, June 4th. 
The Woodland Beach Volunteer Fire Department Parade will be held on Wednesday evening, June 4th, starting at 6pm.
As a result, Mayo Road in Edgewater, will be closed starting at 6pm, from Rt. 2 (Solomons Island Road) to Stepney's Lane.
Roads will open as the parade progresses down Mayo Road, and all roads in the area are expected to be open by 7pm.
Alternate routes include Rt. 2, Mitchell's Chance Road, Stepney's Lane, & Rt. 214.
Please plan accordingly and motorist should expect some delays.
