Arrest Warrant Leads To Meth Lab
Clarksville-Yesterday afternoon, troopers from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg were serving a felony arrest warrant at 2424 Addmore Lane, Lot #21, in Clarksville. While attempting to serve the arrest warrant at the residence troopers located an active Methamphetamine Lab. At the finding of the Methamphetamine Lab troopers secured the residence and applied for a search warrant which was granted.
During a search of the residence and a vehicle, located at the residence, the Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab Team located and dismantled an active Methamphetamine Lab inside of the home.
At the scene, troopers arrested Dustin Miller, 33, of Clarksville, on a warrant for Dealing in Methamphetamine and Neglect of a Dependant; Manufacturing Methamphetamine, A Felony; Possession of Methamphetamine, B Felony; Possession Precursors to Produce Methamphetamine, C Felony and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, D Felony.
Troopers also arrested Leah Middleton, 34, of Clarksville, at the scene, on the charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamine, A Felony; Possession of Methamphetamine, B Felony; Possession of Precursors to Produce Methamphetamine, C Felony and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, D Felony
Both subjects were incarcerated at the Clark County Jail.
