Polk County Man Arrested for Manufacture and Maintaining Dwelling for Marijuana 
Polk County Sheriff's Office investigators went to the resident located at 1941 US Hwy. 176 Tryon, NC on Friday conducting investigation follow up. While there they saw what appeared to be marijuana plants growing in the front yard in a flower bed.
After talking with the occupant about the plants a search warrant was obtained and executed. The search turned up a total of 28 plants and small amount of harvested marijuana ready for use along with some paraphernalia.
Arrested:
Kim Christopher Luedi of 1941 US Hwy 176 was charged and arrested for Maintain Vehicle/Dwelling/Place a Controlled Substance, Manufacture Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Luedi is currently out on bond and had his first court appearance Monday and has a next court appearance scheduled for Wednesday June 11.
