TUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT 18TH ANNUAL OPEN HOUSE
TUSTIN, Calif. – On Saturday, June 14, 2014, The Tustin Police Department will hold its 18th Annual Open House. This event will take place from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 pm in our parking lot at 300 Centennial Way.
Everyone is invited to attend this free event. It is a great way for all of us to get to know each other better. Come by and get to know more about law enforcement. We will be holding canine, S.W.A.T., motorcycle, and fire department demonstrations throughout the event. Take your family on a tour of our department. When you get hungry, have a free hot dog and refreshments on us. Please visit with our various exhibitors. Some of our exhibitors will be our Special Enforcement Detail, motor officers, Crime Scene Investigation unit, crime prevention, the Tustin Police Foundation, the Community Emergency Response Team, Chief’s Advisory Board, police vehicles and more.
There will be other exhibitors at our Open House which will include the U.S. Army, 304th Sustainment Brigade, two World War II jeeps and veterans from Noble Cause Foundation, the Tustin Historical Society, child I.D. kits from Liberator Martinez of Farmers Insurance, CSP, Inc., Victim Assistance Program, and a number of other organizations relating to law enforcement. There will be different activities available for the children including face painting, balloon hats, jumpers, a Treasure Hunt, and Team Kids.
It is a free family event which will provide a day of education and entertainment. If you have questions, our police officers and other personnel will be on hand to answer them. It is an interactive and busy event sure to keep everyone engaged. Please stop by and visit.
