SHERIFF'S OFFICE & NC WILDLIFE MAKES DRUG ARRESTS IN GREEN RIVER COVE 
Investigators were called by North Carolina Wildlife Officer to Green River Cove Game Lands to assist them. Wildlife Officer witnessed two individuals loading rocks into a vehicle which is aginst North Carolina law taking anything off of North Carolina protected game lands.
After speaking with the couple, a search was conducted revealing that they were in Possession of Methamphetamine, Clonazepam, and drug paraphernalia.
Stanley Presnell of 155 Otto Lawter Road Chesnee, SC was arrested and charged with; Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia and was given a $5,000.00 secured bond.
Regina Johnson of 204 Tanner Street Apt. 3 Rutherfordton, NC was arrested and charged with Simple Possession of Scheduled IV and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was given a written promise to appear.
Both Presnell and Johnson are out pending trial with a next court date of July 2.
