Announces an Arrest for:
3 Counts of Robbery With a Dangerous Weapon
and
2 Counts of Felony Breaking and Entering to a Motor Vehicle
The Southern Pines Police Department announces the arrest of Jyhe Miciel Utley, 22 years of age, of West End North Carolina on the above charges. This arrest stems from an investigation conducted by the Patrol and Investigation Divisions of the Southern Pines Police Department.
Jyhe Miciel Utley appeared before a Moore County Magistrate and was incarcerated in the Moore County Detention Center under $50,000 secured bond pending hearing on June 24, 2014 in Moore County District Court.
