* AT 1228 AM EDT /1128 PM CDT/...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
OF 60 MPH. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 8
MILES NORTHEAST OF SPENCER TO NEAR LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN...AND MOVING
EAST AT 40 MPH.
