On Saturday, June 7th, Comcast was alerted of a problem that prevented Comcast phone service customers from connecting with Wrentham 911. Comcast worked with Wrentham and State 911 officials to implement a temporary work-around while they researched the underlying cause. As of 4:50pm on Monday, June 10th, Comcast has permanently resolved the root problem and conducted test calls confirming Comcast phone service customers could successfully connect with Wrentham 911.
