Sold-out concert, Allstate Arena, Friday night. Show starts 8:30, Heavy Traffic expected, avoid area if possible 
On Friday, June 13, 2014 the Allstate Arena in Rosemont will be hosting a sold-out concert featuring Romeo Santos. As is common with sold-out concerts, heavier than normal traffic should be expected on most roadways around the Arena, including the westbound I–90 (Jane Adams Tollway) approaching the Lee St. exit. Compounding the heavy traffic is the continuing major road construction in both directions of Mannheim Rd from Higgins Rd, South to Irving Park Rd and on Lee St. over the I–90 (Jane Adams Tollway).
Because we expect inbound traffic to be heaviest towards the end of normal rush-hour traffic, concertgoers are strongly advised to allow extra travel time.
We recommend motorists not attending the concert to avoid the area around the Allstate arena if at all possible until after the concert start time.
