Today citizens received calls from someone alleging to be from the Saluda County Court demanding credit card and other pertinent information to pay outstanding debts. These calls did not originate from the Saluda County Court. The caller is routing his number in such a way that caller identification shows it to be a call from the Court; it has yet to be determined where these calls originated from, or who the individual calling is. Be aware that the Court will not call you for credit card or other pertinent information. If you receive or have received any call of this nature, do not give any information and report the incident.
