All fireworks including Safe and Sane are illegal in the City of Montclair and the sphere of influence. Examples of illegal fireworks are: bottle rockets, fire crackers, roman candles, sky rockets, piccolo petes, fountains, pin wheels, and snakes.

Violators will be issued a $1,000.00 fine. For more information regarding fireworks in your area, please contact the Montclair Fire Department at (909) 447-3540.
