HEAVY RAIN ACROSS CENTRAL PORTIONS OF BLEDSOE COUNTY. DOPPLER
RADAR IS INDICATING THAT THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN
WITHIN THE PAST COUPLE OF HOURS...WITH SOME LOCALLY HIGHER
AMOUNTS. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
