Aberdeen Police have received reports of phone scams resurfacing. Caller may pretend to be a family member,(Grandchild), or states that relative is hurt and needs money. Victim is asked to wire money or green dot card information to help relative. Please confirm with family members if you receive this type of call. Do not give out any financial information over phone or any personal information.
