* AT 1:15 PM MONDAY THE STAGE WAS 6.3 FEET...AND FALLING.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 14 FEET.
* NO FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* RECENT ACTIVITY...THE RIVER IS BEGINNING TO RISE IN RESPONSE TO OVERNIGHT HEAVY RAINFALL.
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE TUESDAY MORNING...AND CONTINUE RISING TO 19.1 FEET TUESDAY. FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE WEDNESDAY MORNING.
HEAVY RAIN FELL ACROSS PARTS OF THE AREA LAST NIGHT ON TOP OF RELATIVELY MOIST GROUND. ANOTHER ROUND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT THAT WOULD PUSH RIVER LEVELS EVEN HIGHER.
