PLEASE BEWARE - IRS TAX FRAUD ALERT 
In the last few days our department has been receiving complaints regarding unknown person(s) calling our residents and identifying themselves as IRS agents. These fraudsters threaten to do all sorts of bad things to your credit, to include putting liens against your home, if you do not send them money. If they call you, they will tell you that the money you allegedly owe them is unpaid tax revenue that was somehow "overlooked" by you or your accountant. DON'T fall victim to their scam. Our local IRS office has guaranteed us that no one from their office would call and demand payment of any kind. The phone number to be on the lookout for is: 1-844-854-5526 - this number is a "good" number, however the person on the other line claims to be working out of an IRS office, please know that they are NOT affiliated with the IRS. Their goal is to do you financial harm.
